Wig Wam, the most exciting Glam Rock on the planet today, formed in Norway in 2001. Honing their trade they released their, now sadly out of print, debut CD '667…The Neighbour of The Beast' through Global Music in 2004. You will soon be able to order the re-release of this album (Hard to Be a Rock N Roller) here, so there is no need to be disappointed.

In 2005 Wig Wam represented the Norway in the Eurovision Song Contest after winning the Norwegian pre-selection Melodi Grand Prix. With the song "In My Dreams", written by guitarist Teeny, they brought Norway to a ninth place in Kiev. The song immediately became a huge hit in Norway, being among the most bought singles for 19 weeks and peaking for three weeks at the top of the national single chart. They also managed to have the time to play with a symphony in front of a capacity crowd – Glam Rock goes symphonic!! This was documented on the release of their 'Rock N Roll revolution' 2 DVD set.

In March 2006 Wig Wam released Wigwamania to all of the Norwegian Wig Wamaniacs. Featuring 12 Glam Slamming, Blockbuster tracks. As the year drew to a close they played their first UK show, at 'Firefest 3' in Nottingham, drawing fans from all over Europe and treating them to a live spectacle.

In June 2007 Wig Wam released a Live CD and DVD, recorded in Tokyo in February of this year on their first trip to the Land of the Rising Sun, selling out all of their shows before they'd even landed.

Following on in August, Wig Wam flew in for their first ever headline show in the UK, a limited number of T-shirts from that day are still available to buy here.

Wig Wam will release their third, as yet untitled, studio album early in 2008.
